Kirstan Lloyd is a South African-trained Clinical Psychologist who provides comprehensive psychological assessments and psychotherapy. Her approach is rooted in a biopsychosocial and psychodynamic model, supporting accurate diagnosis and long-term therapeutic growth.
Kirstan has almost 20 years of experiences and she specialises in complex and overlapping presentations, particularly neurodivergence and personality disorders. In particular, working with individuals navigating late diagnoses, identity issues, emotional dysregulation, and relational challenges.
Kirstan also supports clients who have not responded to CBT or medication, integrating depth psychology with evidence-based practice.
She is committed to staying abreast of emerging research and translating it into meaningful, personalised care. Her therapeutic work is tailored, collaborative, and grounded in clinical formulation.
